India's invite-only network for verified professionals
New: paid project opportunities, reviewed by our teamShadowClan
No fake profiles. No paying to be seen. No recruiter spam. Every member is invited and then reviewed by a person, so the people you meet are real and the work does the talking.
Networking that produces work, not just contacts
Most networks count connections. We count projects shipped, referrals that landed and trust that was earned. Every member is vetted, every collaboration has real tools behind it, and every portfolio shows work that actually happened, not a resume dressed up for an algorithm.
What you get as a member
A full toolkit for professional collaboration, not just a profile page.
Nobody walks in. You're invited by a member or the team, a person reviews your work, and only then are you in. Your rank (Shadow Pawn, Ninja, Khan) moves only when your reputation does.
Post a project or find one under Opportunities. Our team checks every post before it goes live, the client's budget stays private, and you name your own price and negotiate. The agreed price is shown only to the two of you.
Boards, tasks and milestones built in, plus unpaid collaborations to team up on, so a conversation turns into shipped work with a paper trail.
Featured case studies with your role, the story and the outcome, image galleries, testimonials, and private view insights. Share a public link that works on WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
Direct, group, clan and project chat with photos, link previews, replies, reactions, pins, read receipts, mute and archive. Recruiters arrive as a request you accept or decline.
Start a clan for the people you really work with. Roles, teams, a pinned announcement you can send to every member, and a weekly leaderboard keep it alive.
Jobs matched to your skills, referrals from members inside the company, an application tracker, and mentors who've earned the title.
Escrow holds project money until the work is delivered. Every purchase gets a GST invoice, and approved refunds come with a credit note.
Meetups with RSVPs and join links, and a members-only wiki of guides and hard-won lessons, searchable and kept up to date.

How it works
Three steps from invitation to paid work.
- 1
Get invited
A member vouches for you, or you request an invitation from the team.
- 2
A person reviews your work
Real people read every application, usually within 3 business days. No bots, no pay-to-enter.
- 3
Build, earn, rise
Join clans, ship projects, win paid opportunities and earn your rank from endorsements and delivered work.
Better networking, by design
Why ShadowClan is a different kind of professional network.
Open networks brag about member counts. We care about who's in the room. Everyone here was vouched for and reviewed, so a reply means something.
Clients' budgets stay private, so members quote what the work is worth. Every opportunity is checked by our team, and contact details stay off-platform until there's a deal.
Elsewhere a connection ends in a message thread. Here it can become a clan, a project board and a record of work you shipped together.
Shadow ranks come from endorsements, shipped projects and verified skills. Paid plans add tools, never rank. Admins are appointed privately, never earned.
We don't sell your data. Export or erase it any time. Two-factor sign-in and passkeys protect your account, and every release is security-tested before it ships.
Search members, clans and companies by profession and industry. Discovery you steer, not an algorithm feeding you strangers.
Join the Beta

Questions people ask
What is ShadowClan?+
An invite-only professional network in India. Members are invited, reviewed by a person, and then build together in clans and projects, with jobs, referrals, mentorship and a reputation they earn.
How do I join ShadowClan?+
Get an invitation code from a Trusted member, or request one from the team on the Request an invitation page. Then apply with your work; a person reviews every application, usually within 3 business days.
Is ShadowClan free?+
ShadowClan is in Beta, and no plans are sold yet. Approved members get 31 days of Beta access from their first sign-in, with every feature included. When it ends, your profile, feed and browsing stay available; other features will be available after beta. We'll announce plans and prices at least 15 days before billing starts. Paid features never buy rank.
Can I find freelancers on ShadowClan?+
Yes. Members list themselves in the Freelancers directory with their services and availability. Every freelancer is a vetted member with a portfolio and earned rank. Send a quote request, and when they accept, you talk in Messages.
How is ShadowClan different from LinkedIn?+
Everyone is vetted, so there are no fake profiles or spam. Recruiters reach you only through requests you accept. Rank comes from shipped work and endorsements, and collaboration tools (clans, project boards, wiki) are built in.
What are Shadow ranks?+
Shadow Pawn, Shadow Ninja and Shadow Khan. They rise automatically as your reputation grows from endorsements, shipped projects and verified skills, and unlock things like mentoring and priority in the directory.
How does paid work on ShadowClan work?+
Any member can post a project under Opportunities. Our team reviews it before it goes live. The client's budget stays private (members see a masked figure), members send proposals with their own quote, and both sides negotiate. The agreed price is visible only to the client and the chosen member, and a platform fee based on the project value is added for the client.
Can I share my portfolio outside ShadowClan?+
Yes. Turn on a public profile link from your portfolio page. It works without signing in, looks good on WhatsApp and LinkedIn, and never shows your email, phone or open-to-work status. You can turn it off at any time.
Is my data safe on ShadowClan?+
We don't sell member data. You can export or erase it from Settings at any time. Accounts can use two-factor sign-in and passkeys, and every release is security-tested before it ships.
